Therapy Program Manager/Director of Rehab – Bishop Drumm Retirement Center (Johnston, Iowa)

Bishop Drumm Retirement Center is seeking a Director of Rehab (DOR) to lead our skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation program in Johnston, IA.

This is a full-time leadership position responsible for clinical oversight, team leadership, and program performance within a collaborative, mission-driven CCRC environment.

• Lead and manage the rehabilitation team (PT, OT, SLP, assistants)
• Oversee day-to-day therapy operations in a skilled nursing setting
• Ensure high-quality patient care and clinical outcomes
• Maintain documentation accuracy, compliance, and regulatory standards
• Monitor therapy utilization, productivity, and program performance
• Collaborate with nursing, administration, and interdisciplinary teams
• Support staff development, training, and retention

Qualifications

• Licensed PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP (Iowa license required)
• Experience in skilled nursing facility (SNF) or post-acute rehab
• Prior Director of Rehab / Rehab Manager / supervisory experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
