Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist Inpatient Consult & Liaison/Outpatient Affiliate Faculty UNR in Reno, Nevada at Renown Health

Renown Health and University of Nevada, Reno School of Medicine (UNR Med) are recruiting a Board Eligible/Board Certified Psychiatrist to join our growing Behavioral Health Program within our Division of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.

Position Highlights:

• Collegial physician group with multidisciplinary behavioral health team across 800 bed hospital and outpatient settings
• 50% time dedicated to inpatient Child and Adolescent Consult & Liaison service
• 50% time dedicated to outpatient, including private clinic, supervision of resident/fellow clinics, and options for specialty clinics
• Monday – Friday schedule
• Full-Time and Part Time Positions Available
• Affiliate Faculty Appointment with UNR Med
• Teaching medical students, residents, fellows and PA students

Qualifications:

• MD or DO and Board Eligible/Board Certified in General Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN) and Board-Eligible or Board-Certified in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN)
• Eligible for Nevada medical licensure, state pharmacy and DEA
• Commitment to clinical care, education and academic service
