MINI of Universal City is seeking a high-performing, results-driven Sales Manager to support dealership leadership and elevate both team performance and customer experience.
This is a unique opportunity for a top-producing automotive sales professional who is ready to step into leadership. If you’ve built a strong track record on the floor and are looking to grow into a management role, we’ll provide the tools, mentorship, and support to get you there.
We are looking for someone who leads by example—someone who drives results, develops talent, and delivers premium, customer-focused experience.
What You’ll Do
- Lead from the front—engage customers, close deals, and set the pace for the team
- Coach and mentor Motoring Advisors to improve performance and customer experience
- Drive new and pre-owned sales performance while maintaining strong gross
- Desk and structure deals to maximize profitability and efficiency
- Maintain a strong presence on the showroom floor, leading by example
- Ensure a seamless and elevated customer experience from first contact through delivery
- Execute sales strategies and initiatives to drive volume and performance
- Monitor KPIs including units, gross, and CSI, and hold the team accountable to results
- Support inventory management and merchandising
What We’re Looking For
- Automotive sales experience with a strong, consistent performance record
- Strong closer with desking and deal-structuring expertise
- Emerging leader—someone who is present, engaged, and naturally supports, motivates, and influences others
- High level of professionalism and accountability
- Competitive, driven, and results-oriented
- Experience with pre-owned operations is a plus
