Accountabilities:
  • Define and execute a comprehensive customer education strategy aligned with product lifecycle stages and customer segments.
  • Lead and develop a team of education and content specialists, fostering a high-performance and collaborative environment.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate educational content into product launches and customer journeys.
  • Oversee the creation of diverse content formats, including video tutorials, help center articles, demos, and structured learning programs.
  • Build and scale a centralized learning platform, ensuring it evolves alongside product offerings.
  • Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of education initiatives, using data to optimize engagement, adoption, and retention.
  • Identify content gaps through customer insights and proactively develop resources to reduce friction and support needs.
  • Implement scalable processes for content production, review, localization, and maintenance.
Requirements:
  • 15+ years of experience in customer education, content strategy, instructional design, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior leadership or director-level role managing teams.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling customer education programs in a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
  • Expertise in developing multi-format content strategies, including video, written documentation, and structured learning.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with experience working alongside product, marketing, and customer success teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and grow high-performing teams.
  • Excellent editorial judgment with a focus on clarity, quality, and consistency across content formats.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience defining KPIs and measuring business impact.
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms, knowledge bases, and multimedia production workflows is a plus.
  • Background in instructional design or curriculum development is preferred.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary ranging from approximately $169,000 to $253,000 depending on location and experience.
  • Eligibility for performance-based bonuses and equity programs.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • Flexible remote work environment with strong work-life balance support.
  • Generous paid time off and company holidays.
  • Opportunities for professional growth and leadership development.
  • Collaborative, innovative, and inclusive work culture.
  • Access to modern tools and resources to support content creation and strategy execution.
