Job Description

Position Description:
Lever1 is seeking a Staff Accountant to join our team. The Staff Accountant will support core accounting functions.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
  • Prepare journal entries and supporting documentation
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Assist in preparing financial reports
  • Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
  • Coordinate with banking partners and manage account activity
  • Assist with tax filings, compliance, and related documentation

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • 3–5 years of accounting experience
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
