About This Position
Position Description:

In this role, youll provide direct, hands-on care under the supervision of licensed nurses while helping create a safe, supportive, and healing environment for individuals served.
What Youll Do Take and record vital signs (including height, weight, intake, and output) and promptly report concerns to the nurse Assist individuals served with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and individuals served activities Support licensed nurses in monitoring individuals served status and reporting abnormalities Clean, track, and store medical equipment and supplies appropriately Ensure a safe, therapeutic environment by following policies, procedures, and safety standards Participate in shift huddles, staff meetings, and orientation of new team members What Were Looking ForEducation & Training High school diploma or equivalent (required) Completion of a state-approved nursing assistant training course (required) Experience Knowledge of basic patient care methods, procedures, and techniques (required) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (preferred) Licenses/Certifications Current certification as a Nursing Assistant in the state of practice (required) Why Join Us?As a CNA on our team, youll be an essential part of patient carehelping people with daily needs, supporting their recovery, and making every interaction count.
