Position Summary
Support the Collision Center painters in prepping vehicles for the final stages of painting and detailing once painting is complete.

Compensation/Good Faith Pay Range

• $16.00 to $18.00 per hour

What You’ll Do

• Prep vehicles for the paint booth
• Prep and detail vehicles for delivery back to the customer
• Keep shop area neat and clean
• Use proper eye, hand, and body protection when required
• Attend all dealership and Collision Center meetings when requested
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Additional duties as assigned

What You’ll Bring

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Previous dealership or automotive experience preferred
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and a flexible schedule
• Ability to hold yourself accountable and achieve goals with limited direct supervision
• Pass a criminal background check and drug screen
• Maintain a professional appearance and conduct

Working Conditions:

This physically demanding position requires frequent movement; i.e. bending, lifting, reaching, squatting, and getting into and out of various vehicles repeatedly during the work shift.
