Concept Rehab is looking for a dedicated Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our rehabilitation team in Warren, Michigan.

This is a great opportunity for a COTA who enjoys helping residents improve everyday functional skills and regain confidence in their daily routines.

Position Highlights:

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
• Help residents improve independence with activities of daily living.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and therapeutic activities.
• Assist with functional mobility, upper extremity exercises, coordination, and adaptive techniques.
• Track resident progress and communicate updates to the supervising OT.
• Maintain accurate treatment records and documentation.
• Participate as a member of the interdisciplinary rehabilitation team.

Requirements:

• Current Michigan Occupational Therapy Assistant license.
• Graduate of an accredited OTA program.
• Previous skilled nursing or geriatric experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• A positive attitude and commitment to quality resident care.
