Key Responsibilities:

- Process payroll for employees across multiple brands, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal regulations

- Maintain and update payroll records, including employee information, salary changes, and benefits

- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure proper documentation and reporting

- Manage payroll-related inquiries from employees and resolve issues promptly

- Prepare and distribute payroll reports and summaries as required

- Ensure adherence to tax laws, labor regulations, and internal policies

- Assist with year-end payroll activities, including tax filings and reporting

- Support audits and internal reviews related to payroll processes

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in payroll administration, preferably within a multi-brand or multi-location organization

- Strong knowledge of payroll software and systems

- Familiarity with relevant legal regulations, tax laws, and compliance standards

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

- Effective communication skills and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in payroll or HR are a plus
