Position Overview:

We are looking for a person to be a part of our Dispatch team. This person needs to be flexible in working hours, team player, good communicator, outspoken, self-motivated.

• General Working Days: Friday - Tuesday and Weekends on-call hours as needed.
• General Working Hours: 40 hrs. / week.

Responsibilities:

• Take customer orders over the phone
• Order Entry in proprietary software
• Schedule delivery with the trucking company
• Resolve loading issues with trucking companies
• Communicate with customers and/or sales people via email, phone, or text on order confirmation or issues
• Data entry for the daily price emails or other general data entry
• Set up new customers in the pricing system
• Change mark ups or set ups as required by management for existing customers in pricing software
• Work with invoicing team so we bill customers accurately or pass information on pricing day deals to accounting team

Skills

• Strong communication and customer service skills across phone, email, and text
• Detail-oriented with accurate data entry and organizational abilities
• Problem-solving mindset with ability to handle delivery and scheduling issues
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and dispatch/logistics software (preferred)
• Flexible, self-motivated team player with willingness to work on-call weekends

Employee Incentives:

• Employees that are with us for 6 months to 3 years = 0.10 cents off a gallon of fuel
• Employees that are with us for 3 years to 5 years = 0.30 cents off a gallon of fuel
• Employees that have been with us for 5+ years = 0.40 cents off a gallon of fuel
• MAXIMUM 20 GALLONS AND 2 FILL UPS PER WEEK
