Digital Marketing Specialist (English & Russian)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist (English & Russian) based in Portugal.

We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize digital marketing activities across webinars, email campaigns, chatbot automation, and promotional channels.
In this fully remote role, you will take ownership of marketing funnels from content creation and copywriting to technical setup, execution, and performance tracking.
You will help deliver engaging webinar experiences, build automated customer journeys, and create persuasive promotional content that drives conversions.
Working across tools such as ManyChat and HubSpot, you will ensure that campaigns and workflows operate smoothly and efficiently.
You will also coordinate external promotional placements, manage website updates, and monitor campaign results to identify opportunities for improvement.
The role requires strong execution skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Russian.
You will join an international, mission-driven team offering structured processes, training, and a flexible remote working environment.

Accountabilities

As Digital Marketing Specialist, you will manage the operational and creative execution of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring that every channel and customer touchpoint is properly configured, consistent, and optimized. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Set up, maintain, and quality-check webinar landing pages and supporting technical elements, including automated emails, call-to-action buttons, and tracking links.

  • Moderate live webinars, ensuring smooth technical delivery and strong audience engagement.

  • Write, edit, and implement conversational copy for ManyChat chatbot automations.

  • Build, configure, and optimize trigger-based automated chatbot flows.

  • Research and evaluate promotional channels, identify suitable placement opportunities, and communicate with channel administrators.

  • Create and proofread persuasive promotional copy for channel placements and seeding campaigns.

  • Track campaign activity and results in spreadsheets, monitoring performance and conversion rates.

  • Write, configure, and manage email marketing campaigns and automated sequences.

  • Create and manage call-booking links and scheduling workflows in HubSpot.

  • Maintain the company website through regular content updates and adjustments.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented digital marketing professional who combines strong copywriting skills with hands-on technical execution. You should be comfortable managing several marketing activities independently while maintaining consistent quality and reliable follow-through. The following qualifications are expected:

  • At least 2 years of practical experience in digital marketing.

  • Advanced English proficiency (C1 level).

  • Advanced Russian proficiency (C1 level).

  • Strong written communication skills in English, particularly for marketing and promotional content.

  • Proven ability to execute tasks reliably and follow projects through to completion.

  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and consistency.

  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and workflows while maintaining high-quality standards.

Additional advantages:

  • Experience managing website content through platforms such as WordPress.

  • Previous digital marketing experience in the recruitment or human resources sector.

  • Familiarity with marketing automation, webinar platforms, email marketing tools, and chatbot systems.
