Job Description

Description:

For nearly 20 years, OneKonnect has built the nation’s largest private network for benefits data integration and automation. We connect insurance carriers, enterprise HCM and payroll platforms, benefits administrators, and brokers, so enrollment and eligibility data moves accurately and on time. Our Human Intelligence™ model pairs automation with deep operational expertise to handle connectivity work that others can’t.

As a wholly owned company of Exa Capital, a permanent capital holding company, we are built for the long term. There is no exit clock, and the CEO has real ownership and HoldCo support in Finance, HR, IT, Data, and AI. We’re looking for a CEO who has grown an insurtech, benefits tech, or HR/payroll software business and is ready to lead our next chapter. You’ll own the P&L and set the strategy for a team of about 80 across two countries: a US-based commercial team and a development and processing team in Egypt. You’ll also lead how AI changes the way carrier connectivity gets delivered. You’ll report directly to the CEO of Exa Capital.
