BRG is seeking a Consultant to support delivery of AI and digital transformation engagements. This role is ideal for a highly analytical, structured thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
As part of BRG’s AI and Decision Intelligence practice, you will contribute to engagements spanning strategy, analytics, and execution, helping clients translate AI opportunities into practical, value-driven outcomes.
You will support workstreams, conduct analyses, and develop client-ready materials while working closely with senior team members. This role is designed for a generalist “athlete” with the ability to learn quickly and contribute across a range of business and technical topics.
Responsibilities
Analysis & Problem Solving
o Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to support problem solving across client engagements.
o Break down complex problems into structured components and develop hypotheses.
o Support development of insights and recommendations based on data and research.
Content Development
o Create high-quality deliverables, including presentations, spreadsheets, and supporting documentation.
o Assist in building financial analyses and business cases under guidance from senior team members.
o Translate analytical work into clear, structured outputs for internal and client use.
Strategy & Transformation Support
o Support development of AI and digital strategies, including research, benchmarking, and use case identification.
o Assist in documenting current-state processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.
o Contribute to development of future-state workflows and operating models.
Execution & Coordination
o Support project management activities, including tracking tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
o Coordinate across team members to ensure alignment and timely execution of workstreams.
o Assist in preparing materials for client meetings and workshops.
Team Contribution
o Collaborate effectively within teams, contributing to a high-performance environment.
o Support development of internal knowledge, tools, and reusable assets.
o Demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and professional development.
• 2–4+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, or analytical roles.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure and analyze complex information.
• Experience developing presentations, spreadsheets, and structured analyses.
• Exposure to digital, data, or AI-related topics preferred.
• Familiarity with business processes, operations, or transformation initiatives is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and concisely.
Salary Range: 114,000 - 140,000
Candidate must be able to submit verification of his/her legal right to work in the U.S., without company sponsorship.
