  • Maintain thorough documentation and provide insights for continuous improvement of detection processes and workflows.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in security engineering, detection engineering, solutions engineering, or a similar technical, customer-facing role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with detection and investigation workflows, including design, testing, and validation of detection logic.
  • Ability to configure platforms and develop detection strategies across diverse technical stacks and threat models.
  • Proven experience leading technical trials, demos, and proof-of-concepts in a consultative, advisory capacity.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with experience investigating missed alerts and tuning detections for efficacy.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, capable of working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while balancing technical depth with timely execution.
  • Familiarity with security tools, cloud environments, or detection platforms is a plus.
  • Proactive, curious, and resourceful mindset with a focus on improving detection coverage and customer outcomes.
Benefits
  • Meaningful equity participation to share in company success.
  • Remote-first culture with flexible work arrangements.
  • Flexible PTO, parental leave, and comprehensive health benefits.
