HVAC Service Apprentice (2nd or 4th year) at Aiello Home Services – Bristol, Connecticut

If you're already in the apprenticeship program and want real hands-on experience, this is where it happens. You’ll work alongside experienced plumbers on residential jobs, learn the trade the right way, and build a strong foundation for a long-term career.

This is not a “stand around and watch” role. You’ll be in the field, learning, doing, and growing every day.

• Assist licensed plumbers on residential service and installation jobs
• Help maintain a clean, organized job site and company vehicle
• Learn proper tool use, safety practices, and plumbing systems in real-world settings
• Participate in ongoing technical and customer service training
• Support the team while building your own skillset and confidence in the trade

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn, take direction, and grow
• Ability to handle tools and equipment safely and responsibly

• $23–$28/hour based on experience and growth potential
