About This Position
Position Summary:
This position is responsible for proper transportation of materials, supplies and finished goods throughout the Production areas using Hilo’s, powered pallet jacks and occasionally hand trucks. As needed, this employee will be assigned to other workstations to help with production when all the material functions are complete.
Essential Responsibilities:
1. Pick and stage customer orders using handheld scanners to make material transfers and obtain information regarding production location
2. Unload and load shipments
a. Validates shipping details for accuracy
3. Receive and store material/product as directed
a. Validates shipping details for accuracy
4. Use of computers to run basic reports out of SAP in order to create shipping documents
5. Must be willing to drive company vehicle, if needed
Non-Essential Responsibilities:
1. Ability to lift 50lbs
2. Performing other duties as assigned
3. Comply with all safety regulations
Education & Experience:
1. High School diploma or GED
2. 1+ years of previous manufacturing experience (preferred)
3. Previous use of hand truck, pallet jack, hi-lo (preferred)

2. Compliance: Desire to act in accordance with policy, legislation or direction.
3. Safety Awareness: Ability to identify and correct conditions that affect employee safety and uphold safety standards outlined by safety management.
4. Task Completion: Ability to complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently, following set procedures and following up when necessary.
