Job Description
Elizabethtown, NY - Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Licensed Practical Nurse:Work closely with RNs and physicians to deliver patient care, monitor vital signs, assist with medical procedures, and provide patient education. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, compassionate, and experienced in nursing.
Requirements:
- Active LPN license
- Minimum 1 year of practical nursing experience (LTC/SNF)
- BLS certification
- Flexibility to work per diem shifts
- Current Pre-employment Physical, PPD, and Vaccine Records
