Job Summary
The Project Manager-Strategic Priorities will organize, manage, and plan complex initiatives including Merger & Acquisition activities for the organization and facilitate implementation efforts.
Compensation
We are committed to providing wage ranges for all open positions. Please note that the specific compensation for this role will be determined based on experience, education and internal equity considerations. The wage range for this position is $130,159.92 — $183,755.17 annually. This range reflects the base salary for this position.
Key Accountabilities
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Oversees a team of organization leaders and service line professionals to ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications.
- Delegates work and assignments to team members based on expertise, work experience, and time constraints.
- Leads an interdepartmental team to complete an assigned project on time, to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency.
- Outlines the tasks involved in the project and delegates accordingly.
- Conducts cost analysis, estimating expected costs for the project.
- Prepares and implements a budget based on estimates.
- Conducts risk assessments; reports identified risks to management; provides recommendations for mitigation of risk (including termination of the project if appropriate).
- Addresses questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project.
- Acts as a liaison between company, customers, and vendors.
- Communicates and collaborates with project team members
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices.
- Prepares and presents reports to the CEO and Hospital Board
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Master’s degree in business, healthcare or related field.
- Five years healthcare management experience
- Experience and success leading merger and acquisition projects
- Excellent communication skills
- Agreement/alignment with NH+C’s mission, vision and values
- Must be able to balance conflicting priorities and handle multiple tasks concurrently
- Must be able to able to adjust work schedule to match job requirements (e.g. occasional evening or early morning meetings)
