This leadership role sits at the intersection of sales engineering, product expertise, and customer success within a high-growth identity and risk solutions environment. You will lead a team of Solution Consultants responsible for supporting workforce-focused clients across the entire sales and implementation lifecycle. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, ensuring customers successfully adopt and expand the use of complex technical solutions. You will act as a key bridge between product, engineering, sales, and customers, shaping both go-to-market success and long-term technical strategy. With ownership of both team performance and customer outcomes, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and product adoption. - Define and lead the vision, strategy, and execution of the Workforce Solution Consulting organization.
- Manage and develop a team of Solution Consultants, ensuring high performance, alignment, and continuous improvement.
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and executive leadership to align technical strategy with business objectives.
- Oversee solution design and customer implementation support for key workforce accounts and strategic clients.
- Build and maintain standardized playbooks, processes, and best practices to improve team efficiency and consistency.
- Drive customer success by ensuring effective solution adoption, integration, and long-term value realization.
- Identify and mitigate risks across customer engagements and internal delivery processes.
- Translate data insights into actionable strategies that improve performance and customer outcomes.
- Recruit, mentor, and retain top talent while fostering a high-performance, collaborative team culture.
- 10+ years of experience in solution consulting, consulting, product management, or related technical/customer-facing roles.
- Proven experience leading and scaling high-performing technical or pre-sales teams.
- Strong background in workforce, identity, risk management, or regulated technology environments.
- Deep understanding of enterprise customer needs, implementation cycles, and solution adoption strategies.
- Strong technical acumen with familiarity in data platforms, analytics tools, and compliance or risk frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to lead client workshops, presentations, and executive-level discussions.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with experience driving innovation in solution design and delivery.
- Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and manage complex, multi-threaded customer engagements.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant certifications are a plus.
