IT Security Intern at Michigan Farm Bureau – Lansing, Michigan

To assist the manager of the IT Security Team with the following:

• Service Desk Plus cleanup to improve reporting accuracy, remove unused Security templates, clean up duplicate fields, and update outdated templates to support efficiency
• Active Directory (AD) stale account and group review and cleanup, reducing security risk and audit findings
• Documentation cleanup and standardization, ensuring procedures align with current IAM practices
• Secret Server cleanup, including validation of ownership, usage, and relevance of stored secrets, ensuring we move clean data to Cyber Ark.
• Support in refining Data Lake IAM processes, including access request flows and documentation
• Varonis non-renewal Assisting with defining and documenting replacement processes for capabilities currently provided by Varonis

• Enterprise Identity and Access Management concepts
