What You’ll Do:
- Provide basic IT assistance to end users and the IT department
- Track maintenance schedules and manage inventory for equipment and software
- Order, set up, and deliver desktops, laptops, and mobile phones to staff
- Travel between LIFE Pittsburgh locations for equipment setup and field service support
- Gain hands-on experience with desktops, laptops, Chromebooks, mobile devices, and Office365
What We’re Looking For:
- General knowledge of computers, mobile devices, and Microsoft Office365
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
- A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and passion for IT

Salary range:
