The individual in this role will support Accertify's growth by identifying, engaging, and generating prospective clients. They will educate these clients on how Accertify Fraud Protection Products can positively impact their business.

The Account Management Specialist LAC is responsible for the ongoing success, retention, and growth of Accertify’s non‑SRS client portfolio, with a primary focus on our Accertify Chargebacks Management solution. This role serves as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring strong day‑to‑day engagement, effective use of Accertify's chargeback services, and alignment between clients' operational needs and Accertify's capabilities. This role partners with internal teams (e.g., Product, Operations, Sales, and Client Engagement leadership) to resolve client issues, support renewals and expansions, and deliver consistent, high‑quality client insights, account reviews, and guidance. The Account Management Specialist, LAC, acts as a regional expert on the dispute & chargeback process, demonstrating expertise in rules/regulations, processor integrations, representment strategy, and KPI/ROI metrics.

Essential Duties & Responsiblities:

  • Manage a portfolio of non‑SRS clients, serving as the primary day‑to‑day Accertify contact for Chargebacks Management engagements.
  • Own the overall health and success of assigned accounts, including retention, satisfaction, and identification of expansion opportunities related to chargebacks services.
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships through regular touchpoints, performance discussions, and issue resolution.
  • Deliver structured client performance reviews and operational updates on a defined cadence, focused on chargeback outcomes and service effectiveness.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to coordinate support, address client concerns, and ensure timely resolution of operational or service issues.
  • Support Sales and Client Engagement leadership with renewals, CROSS-sell opportunities, and client references specific to Chargebacks Management.
  • Maintain accurate account documentation and contribute to internal reporting related to portfolio health, risks, and opportunities.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of Chargebacks & Fraud Risk Experience
  • 2+ years of client management experience
  • In-depth understanding of payment processing environments, including chargeback rules and regulations, authorization, settlement, interchange, pricing/billing, and fraud mitigation strategies both domestically and globally
  • Negotiation, influencing, and collaboration skills
  • Consultative skills with a demonstrated ability to establish, maintain, and deepen relationships with clients
  • Passion for delivering a second-to-none client experience
