Janitor at Butler Ford – Ashland, Oregon

Butler Ford is seeking a reliable Maintenance/Janitorial Associate to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our customers and staff. This role is essential in ensuring the dealership, service areas, and offices are consistently well-kept and presentable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, offices, showroom floors, and customer waiting areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain all flooring surfaces
• Empty trash and recycling bins and dispose of waste properly
• Maintain cleanliness in service bays and garage areas
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and cleaning materials
• Perform minor maintenance tasks (light bulb replacement, basic repairs, etc.)
• Monitor building for safety hazards and report any maintenance issues
• Assist with seasonal tasks such as snow removal or outdoor upkeep as needed

Qualifications:

• Prior janitorial or maintenance experience preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Good time management and reliability
• Basic knowledge of cleaning supplies and safety procedures

Work Environment:

• Indoor and outdoor work depending on tasks
• May require standing, bending, and walking for extended periods
