You will be responsible for managing the full renewals lifecycle across a defined territory, ensuring customers continue to benefit from their security investments while identifying opportunities for expansion. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will engage with senior stakeholders, channel partners, and internal teams to secure timely renewals and reduce churn risk. The position requires a strong mix of commercial acumen, relationship management, and structured sales execution in a fast-paced, target-driven setting. You will contribute directly to revenue continuity by maintaining accurate forecasts and executing disciplined renewal strategies. This is a highly collaborative role where customer success, sales, and operations intersect to protect and grow business value.

Accountabilities

In this role, you will own and manage the renewals pipeline for your assigned territory, ensuring strong customer retention while supporting revenue growth objectives. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to mitigate risks, maintain accurate forecasting, and drive timely renewals.

  • Manage the end-to-end renewals process, including forecasting, pipeline management, and closure of renewal opportunities.
  • Achieve quarterly renewal targets including renewal rate, ACV, and billings within the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Identify renewal risks early and collaborate with sales, customer success, and channel partners to mitigate churn.
  • Support documentation and compliance processes to ensure accurate revenue recognition.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans and structured customer engagement cadences.
  • Partner with new business sales teams to align renewal and expansion opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate CRM (SFDC) records and follow established renewal processes and forecasting standards.
Requirements

This role requires experience in sales or renewals within a B2B or enterprise environment, combined with strong relationship-building skills and commercial discipline. You should be comfortable managing complex accounts and working in a target-driven, collaborative sales ecosystem.

  • 2–3 years of experience in renewals, account management, or sales roles in B2B or enterprise environments.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales or renewal quotas.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, buying processes, and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to build trusted advisor relationships with senior decision-makers.
  • Strong negotiation, retention, and closing skills.
  • Experience working with channel partners and in collaborative sales environments.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and structured pipeline management.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical value propositions.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to manage complex accounts and large contract values.
