Position Summary:Were looking for a driven and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our team and help expand our presence within the healthcare space. The ideal candidate is a proven B2B sales professional with a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, and experience navigating consultative sales cycles. Experience in veterinary healthcare is a strong plus.
What You'll Do:
Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, solutioning, closing, and onboarding handoff
Identify new opportunities within the dental, optometry, and veterinary healthcare markets
Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in healthcare practices
Represent the company at trade shows and industry events twice per month to promote offerings and generate leads
Create and deliver customized demos and proposals tailored to client needs
Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, onboarding, and client success to ensure a seamless client experience
Maintain detailed records of pipeline activity using CRM tools
Consistently hit monthly and quarterly revenue goals, with an expected pace of 15 to 20 closed deals per month
5+ years of experience of SaaS closing experience.
Proven track record selling to dental and/or optometry practices; veterinary experience a strong bonus
Excellent communication and consultative selling skills
Ability to quickly understand client pain points and articulate value-driven solutions
Comfortable representing the company at trade shows and networking events
Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce
Willingness to travel up to 2x/month for trade shows across the U.S.
