At Allia Health Group, the umbrella organization for Southend Pharmacy, Brello Health, and Woven, we don’t just follow industry trends—we redefine them. Our mission is to commoditize anti-aging solutions, making them affordable and accessible to the average consumer—not just the wealthy. Allia Care powers clinical services for group subsidiaries and provides medical governance across the portfolio, including Brello Health, HelloWellness, and Southend Pharmacy.

We are hiring a remote Fractional Chief Medical Officer to be the senior-most medical leader accountable for clinical decision-making, clinical operations, quality & patient safety, and healthcare information systems across the ecosystem, scaling reliably at 15,000+ patients/month while maintaining a high bar for clinical integrity and compliance.

  • Own the clinical compliance posture in partnership with Legal and Compliance

  • Maintain safe prescriber-to-pharmacy workflows for medications fulfilled through the pharmacy subsidiary

  • Experience managing provider performance, peer review, and clinical governance frameworks

  • Strong knowledge of U.S. healthcare regulations (HIPAA, state medical boards, telehealth, prescribing compliance)

  • Experience working with EHR systems and clinical technology platforms
(e.g., Epic, Athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, or proprietary systems)
