- Lead month-end close coordination across finance and business teams, ensuring accuracy, timely completion, and clear communication of responsibilities
- Prepare monthly reporting, KPI tracking, variance analysis, and executive presentations that translate results into actionable business insights
- Support cross-functional partners (Marketing, Operations, Sales, Product) with ad hoc financial analysis, ROI evaluations, scenario modeling, spend tracking, and profitability assessments
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and AI-enabled enhancements to reporting, data workflows, and repeatable financial processes
- Drive clear documentation and actionable recommendations for finance and non-finance stakeholders to support strategic decision-making
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3–5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or analytical finance roles
- Advanced Excel skills with strong capability in building executive-ready presentations and storytelling through PowerPoint
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to partner effectively across multiple teams and drive timelines
- Experience in a high-growth, PE-backed, or scaling business environment preferred
- Familiarity with modern finance systems, BI tools, and large dataset analysis
- Track record of process improvement, automation, and leveraging AI-enabled workflows
