Job Overview:

How You Will Make an Impact:

• Execute high-quality rough and finish carpentry tasks across diverse commercial and federal job sites.

• Interpret complex blueprints, shop drawings, and specification manuals to ensure structural precision.

• Construct and install robust concrete forms, door frames, and specialized hardware for large-scale projects.

• Measure and assemble materials with extreme accuracy to maintain the companys high standards for quality.

• Collaborate with site supervisors and various trades to synchronize daily construction workflows.

• Maintain a pristine and secure work environment by strictly adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of dedicated commercial construction experience.

• Demonstrated proficiency in at least two categories: concrete forming, layout, rough carpentry, or finish carpentry.

• Proven ability to read and accurately interpret architectural blueprints and technical specifications.

• Reliable transportation and an absolute willingness to travel to various project sites as assigned.

• Strong competency in the safe operation of professional hand and power tools.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• 5 years of professional experience in high-stakes commercial or industrial carpentry.

• Current OSHA 10 certification or higher.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

• Experience working on prevailing wage projects or government facility builds.
