We have the following opening in Bloomington, MN for an Accounts Payable Specialist.

Main Purpose:

This position ensures timely payments of vendor invoices, accurate documentation of invoices and other accounts payable functions.

This is an onsite position in Boomington, MN. We are not currently considering remote or hybrid candidates.

Core Responsibilities/Competencies:

• Producing and maintaining Accounts Payable documents.
• Compiling and sorting documents.
• Day-to-day processing of routine invoices for payment.
• Provides customer service and support to internal departments and vendors with respect to various accounts payable inquiries including research.
• First point of contact for vendors with questions regarding invoices or timely receipt of payment

Required Skills:

• High School diploma
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook
• Organized
• Detail Oriented
• Strong written and oral skills
• Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) experience is a plus
