The Front Desk Receptionist supports PATHS’ mission by serving as the initial point of contact for visitors and callers at the Pennsauken, NJ office. This role ensures a welcoming, professional environment while supporting office operations through call handling, mail processing, and administrative coordination. The Front Desk Receptionist contributes to efficient daily operations by maintaining accurate information flow, supporting staff needs, and upholding PATHS’ professional standards.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Answer and direct incoming telephone calls to the appropriate associate or department
- Greet visitors and provide accurate information regarding office location, directions, contact details, and general inquiries
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Monitor and maintain office supply inventory; notify appropriate staff of replenishment needs
- Maintain a professional and welcoming front office environment
- Accurately document and relay messages and information as needed
- Complete all required initial PATHS training (HIPAA, compliance, security, and role-specific workflows) within onboarding timelines
- Participate in required ongoing training and demonstrate the ability to retain and apply new knowledge
- Perform other related duties as assigned
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced office environment
- High school diploma or GED required
- One to two (1–2) years of prior office or administrative experience preferred
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Occasional standing, walking, and movement within an office setting
- Occasional lifting of up to 15 pounds

Compensation & BenefitsCompensation: $17-$19/hour (actual range provided in postings as required by applicable state pay transparency laws)
