About This Position

Benefits:Medical, dental, vision, FSA, voluntary life, STD, LTD, Legal Plan, Pet Insurance available the first of the month following thirty (30) days of employment, 403(B), tuition reimbursement, vacation, personal, sick and 11 observed holidays.Job Description:Under the direction of the Director of Residential, Clinical and Aftercare Services, the therapist will provide individual, family, group therapy and aftercare services to assigned residential and aftercare clients and their families, while corresponding and collaborating with outside agencies to support the clients’ goals and to maintain community and family connections.Responsibilities:Develop comprehensive clinical assessments on assigned individuals and familiesServe as the ongoing liaison with community agencies and referral sourcesComplete discharge summary and assist with discharge planning on each assigned caseProvide aftercare services for assigned cases post-dischargeMeet at least once a week with treatment team members in rounds and/or unit meetings to coordinate treatment planning. Requirements and Education:Masters level social worker or mental health counselor, LMSW, LCSW, MCH, LMHC; experience working with individuals, families and groups preferred; recent Masters level graduates encouraged to apply; ability to function as part of a multidisciplinary team; valid driver’s license required.St. Anne Institute is an Equal Opportunity Employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation or gender identity.
