HR/Accounting Administrator (Part Time) in Milwaukee, Wisconsin at Oneida ESC Group

Oneida ESC Group has an immediate opening for a Part-Time Temporary HR/Accounting Administrator. This position will be based on-site at our current Milwaukee HQ (1033 North Mayfair Road, Suite 200, Wauwatosa, Milwaukee, WI 53226). This is a temporary role from June through September, working approximately 20 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support a large-scale file scanning initiative to digitize and organize employee records by converting physical documents into HRIS system.
• Assist with preparation and organization of an upcoming office move.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in compliance with data protection requirements.
• Assist Accounting team with general administrative tasks, including data entry and reconciliation support.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook preferred)
• Strong data entry skills and comfort working with large volumes of documentation

Compensation: $20/Hour for ~20 Hours Per Week
