We are looking for a reliable and experienced Residential Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail and take pride in delivering high-quality finishes in homes, including interiors and exteriors. This position involves preparing surfaces, applying paints and coatings, and ensuring clean, professional results that meet customer expectations.
Responsibilities:
Prepare residential surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, patching, and priming walls, ceilings, trim, and other areas.
Apply paint using brushes, rollers, or sprayers.
Ensure a clean, tidy job site during and after projects.
Follow safety guidelines and proper use of tools and materials.
Complete projects efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a residential painter or similar role.
Knowledge of surface preparation and paint application techniques specific to home interiors and exteriors.
Familiarity with tools such as ladders, sprayers, sanders, and brushes.
Attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
Ability to follow directions and work independently or on a small team.
Reliable transportation and punctuality.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
