You will also play a critical role in mentoring junior analysts and driving continuous improvement across DLP operations. - Lead the design, implementation, operation, and continuous improvement of enterprise Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions
- Monitor, investigate, and respond to DLP alerts and security incidents, ensuring timely remediation and escalation when required
- Develop, enforce, and refine DLP policies and procedures to prevent unauthorized data access, leakage, or misuse
- Partner with IT, Compliance, Legal, and HR teams to align data protection controls with regulatory and business requirements
- Maintain documentation for DLP configurations, processes, dashboards, and incident response workflows
- Integrate DLP platforms with SIEM and other security tools to enhance visibility, correlation, and threat detection
- Lead incident response activities and provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts during investigations and operations
- Define and track DLP program metrics, building dashboards to evaluate risk exposure and control effectiveness
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Information Security with a strong focus on Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
- Hands-on experience with enterprise DLP platforms, CASB solutions, and Insider Risk Management (IRM) tools
- Proven experience in incident response, security investigations, and threat analysis
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST and CIS
- Experience integrating DLP solutions with SIEM platforms for enhanced monitoring and correlation
- Ability to define, analyze, and report security metrics and build actionable dashboards
- Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring or guiding security teams
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with technical teams and executive stakeholders
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CySA+, Security+, or equivalent strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
