The Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) will design and implement treatment programs to support pediatric patients with cognitive, speech, language, and/or social/emotional challenges or delays. The SLPA will provide speech therapy services both in the home and community settings.

Who We’re Looking For
- You’re a compassionate, driven Pediatric SLPA who loves working with kids and values teamwork, flexibility, and growth. You’re done with corporate burnout and ready for a company that actually walks the walk when it comes to valuing employees.
Qualifications:
- Current Speech Language Pathologist Assistant License in the state of Texas
- Pediatric experienced preferred (new graduates with an interest in pediatrics are welcome)
- Bilingual (Spanish) skilled preferred not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to professional growth and collaborative care
