About the Role
Are you a process-driven person who thrives on the "how" of digital strategy? We are looking for a Digital Execution Specialist to serve as the engine behind our sponsored digital campaigns. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end coordination of media deliverables, ensuring every email, ad, and webinar is executed with precision. You will be responsible for the technical deployment and success of multi-channel campaigns. Your work directly impacts client satisfaction and operational efficiency, helping us foster long-term partnerships through flawless execution. This role requires an individual who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and loves the fast-paced nature of digital operations.
Key Responsibilities
Multi-Channel Execution: Deploy digital media projects across web advertising, email marketing, paid social media, and content syndication.
Ad Operations: Traffic and deploy ads in serving platforms, monitoring launch success and ensuring full delivery/pacing.
Webinar Production: Lead the full lifecycle of webinars, including rehearsals, live event production, registration promotion, and technical troubleshooting for speakers/attendees.
Campaign Management: Build and manage multi-dimensional lead generation workflows and marketing automation sequences.
Asset Coordination: Collect and organize client assets in collaboration with the Customer Success team, ensuring all materials meet brand standards.
Project Tracking: Maintain meticulous tracking documents, calendars, and project statuses to ensure no deadline is missed.
Qualifications
Experience: 1–2 years in digital project execution, ad operations, or media coordination.
Technical Savvy: * Familiarity with CRM systems, email deployment platforms (e.g., Marketo), and ad flighting tools. Intermediate knowledge of HTML for email. Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and webinar software is a significant plus.
Organizational Excellence: A natural problem-solver who can prioritize a high volume of tasks in a fast-moving environment without losing sight of the details.
Communication: Ability to clearly relay technical updates and requirements across internal teams and stakeholders.
Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Media, Communications, or a related field.
