About the Role

Find A Carer is hiring Personal Care Workers to join our internal casual team supporting leading aged care facilities across NSW and ACT.
We’re looking for kind, reliable, and professional carers who are passionate about improving the quality of life for older Australians.

We pay well above the Aged Care Award, starting from $36+ per hour (plus superannuation).
For the right people, we also offer permanent role conversion opportunities.

What You’ll Do

• Provide person-centred care and daily living support (showering, dressing, grooming, mobility)

• Assist with meals, hydration, and general wellbeing

• Support simple medication and wound care under direction of nursing staff

• Offer companionship and emotional support to residents

• Encourage independence, dignity, and participation in social activities

Who You Are

• Compassionate, reliable, and professional

• Excellent communicator and team player

• Hold a valid National Police Check (or willing to obtain one)

• Up-to-date Flu and COVID-19 vaccinations (as required by facilities)

• Certificate III/IV in Aged Care or Individual Support (preferred but not essential)

• Previous experience in residential or home care (desirable)
