We are partnering with an innovative mobility solutions company to find a driven Auto Parts Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys being at the center of complex builds.

• Work side-by-side with managers, technicians, and engineers

• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and fleet expansion builds

• Be a key player in ensuring vehicles are built on time and without delays

As an Auto Parts Specialist, you’ll be the backbone of the build process:

• Track and manage parts inventory across multiple sites

• Perform Incoming Quality Checks (IQC) following engineering guidelines

• Organize inventory and prepare build kits using detailed BOMs

• Proactively identify and escalate part shortages or build blockers

• Ensure materials are accurate, accessible, and build-ready at all times

You’ll be a great fit if you are:

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven

• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision

• A strong communicator who enjoys cross-functional collaboration

• Able to lift at least 30 lbs

• Proficient in Windows, Mac, or Linux-based systems

• Experienced in parts, inventory, automotive, manufacturing, or warehouse environments

• Full-time (30+ hours/week)

• Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (OT possible)

• On-site daily in Sunnyvale, CA

This role directly supports fleet operations growth and expansion. While conversion is unlikely, it offers excellent exposure to advanced vehicle builds, NPI processes, and high-impact operations—all while earning top-tier hourly pay.
