- Assist with new hire onboarding, orientation and document completion.
- Assist with phone screen and reference checks of candidates.
- Conduct in-person training for new and existing employees on company systems, programs, and procedures
- Provide Managers with assistance during the performance reviews process.
- Keep all HR files organized and compliant
- Maintain both Compliance and HR calendars
- Perform audit related compliance tasks as assigned
- Additional HR and Compliance duties as required.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn and grow within the company
- High attention to detail and ability to retain new information quickly
- Punctual, dependable, and committed to compliance excellence
