A Program Quality Manager leads the quality assurance strategy for programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and customer requirements. This role requires a dynamic leader with exceptional communication and strategic thinking skills to drive quality excellence and ensure customer satisfaction across Programs. The successful candidate will embody a growth mindset and be highly adaptable. A passion for driving excellence and commitment to delivering exceptional results are essential.
What you bring to the table:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience to meet managerial expectations.
- Exceptional knowledge of standards – AS9100, ISO 9001:2015, CMMI, ISO 14001, ASME, ANSI, EIA, etc.
- Expertise in quality management systems, methodologies, and tools
- Assuring compliance to in-house and external specifications and standards
- Understand configuration management and change management procedures
- Driving root cause analysis and corrective action
- Demonstrated exceptional leadership skills
- Understanding of program contractual requirements and flow downs
- Monitoring performance to drive decision-making based on data
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Influencing stakeholders at all levels to prioritize and uphold quality standards
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team of Quality Engineers
- Experience reporting to Site & Executive Leadership and Customers
- Thriving in collaborative environments
- Championing continuous improvement initiatives
- Creative thinking with the ability to multi-task

Combined Salary Range
USD $142,696.00 - USD $154,401.00 /Yr.
