• Assist with wood and steel framing for residential, commercial, and agricultural buildings

• Install metal siding and structural components with precision and care

• Follow instructions from foremen and site leads to support daily job operations

• Communicate clearly and respectfully with fellow crew members and supervisors

• Load, unload, and move materials and equipment on-site

• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

• Operate or assist with use of construction equipment (training available)

• Adapt to outdoor work in all seasons and varying weather conditions

• Uphold company safety protocols and craftsmanship standards

• Prior construction experience preferred but not required

• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

• Dependable, motivated, and able to follow instructions

• Valid drivers license required

• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather

• Willingness to learn new tools and construction methods

• Basic knowledge of framing or siding a plus
