Inside Sales at TECHLINE INC – Alexandria, Louisiana

The Techline Inside Sales Representative is responsible for taking incoming calls, processing orders, handling customer inquiries, and supporting outside sales team members.

Role and Responsibilities

• Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
• Understanding customer needs and offering solutions and support
• Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate team members for further development and closure
• Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest
• Maintain and expand database of prospects within assigned territory

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
• Minimum of one-year sales-based work experience required

• Possess strong written and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
• Exhibit the ability to negotiate and problem-solve
• Demonstrate initiative to take on new projects and learn new skills

Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
