Job Description
Our client, a well-known regional law firm with a national presence is seeking an attorney with at least three to six years of commercial litigation experience. Qualified candidates must have experience drafting and arguing motions, drafting and responding to discovery, handling document production, and taking depositions. Experience with municipal work and state court litigation preferred. Strong academic background, exceptional analytical skills and excellent writing skills are required.
