SHIFT SUPERVISOR, NURSING at Southeastern Health – Lumberton, North Carolina

Coordinates, delegates and provides professional care to patients assigned to an Inpatient Services Department, in accordance with prescribed, delegated medical regimen, nursing regimens, and medical center policies. The primary function of the shift supervisor is to provide orientation, training, education and supervision of the unit in order to ensure consistent standards of practice and competencies in the delivery of patient care on an assigned shift. The Shift Supervisor works collaboratively with the manager, serves as a resource person, consultant, role model and educator.
