This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a driven enterprise sales professional to lead and scale a strategic sales organization focused on large enterprise accounts across North America. The role centers on building, mentoring, and empowering a high-performing team responsible for selling innovative AI-powered workflow solutions to senior executives and decision-makers. You will play a critical role in driving complex enterprise sales cycles, improving operational excellence, and shaping go-to-market strategies within a fast-growing technology environment. Working closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams, you will help accelerate revenue growth while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Accountabilities:
  • Lead, develop, and scale a team of strategic enterprise account executives focused on acquiring and expanding large enterprise accounts across North America.
  • Coach sales teams through complex enterprise sales cycles, including deal strategy, account planning, territory management, and executive-level engagement.
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives focused on AI-powered workflow and business application solutions.
  • Partner cross-functionally with legal, deal desk, product, and R&D teams to navigate and close large, multi-stakeholder enterprise opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain high standards for forecasting accuracy, pipeline management, deal hygiene, and operational discipline.
  • Provide executive sponsorship and strategic guidance for key enterprise accounts and high-value opportunities.
  • Recruit, mentor, and retain top-performing enterprise sales talent while fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
  • Develop scalable sales processes and repeatable best practices that improve efficiency, consistency, and long-term sales success.
  • Support strategic planning initiatives and contribute to overall go-to-market growth strategies within the organization.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of successful frontline leadership experience managing enterprise sales teams within business application software or SaaS environments.
  • 10+ years of combined enterprise sales experience as both an individual contributor and sales leader.
  • Proven success leading teams selling emerging technology solutions into large enterprise organizations through executive-level, top-down sales approaches.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex sales cycles involving high six-figure and seven-figure annual contract value (ACV) deals.
  • Strong track record of engaging and influencing Fortune 500 executives, C-suite leaders, and senior decision-makers.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, talent development, and team-building capabilities.
  • Strong operational and analytical skills, including forecasting, pipeline management, and sales process optimization.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple internal departments to support strategic deal execution.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, autonomous, and high-growth environments.
  • Willingness and ability to travel nationally as needed to support clients, deals, and team initiatives.
