  • Minimum 2+ years of leadership or people management experience with a demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams.
  • 3+ years of experience working directly with patients, caregivers, providers, or healthcare support services.
  • Strong knowledge of patient access services, reimbursement processes, case management operations, and HIPAA/privacy regulations.
  • Proven experience managing remote or multi-site teams within a matrixed organizational environment.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage operational complexity effectively.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally while maintaining a high degree of professionalism, integrity, and compliance awareness.
