- Lead and execute surgeon conversion initiatives aligned with digital surgery and smart surgery strategies to achieve business growth targets.
- Collaborate with regional sales leadership and cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and implement strategic business development plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, surgeons, and internal stakeholders to support long-term business success.
- Drive sales performance through effective planning, negotiation, and customer engagement strategies.

- Proven experience in sales, business development, or commercial roles within healthcare, medical devices, orthopaics, surgical technologies, or related industries.
- Background in Medical, Physiotherapy, Data Science, or another health-related discipline is highly valued.
- Tertiary qualification in a healthcare or science-related field with knowledge of anatomy and physiology preferred.
- Strong understanding of strategic sales planning, customer relationship management, and business growth strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently while also thriving in collaborative team environments.
- Comfortable operating in high-pressure clinical or operating theatre environments.
