Instructional Designer || Atlanta, GA || Hybrid in Atlanta, Georgia at INFO ORIGIN INC

We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to develop engaging and interactive training programs that support organizational learning initiatives and ERP/Workday transition efforts.

• Design and develop eLearning courses, videos, job aids, and training materials
• Create SCORM-compliant training content using tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Camtasia
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to gather requirements and create learning solutions
• Ensure all training materials meet 508 accessibility standards
• Manage training project timelines, assessments, and learner feedback
• Support LMS and Workday learning initiatives

• 3–5 years of instructional design or training development experience
• Experience with Articulate Storyline, Captivate, or Camtasia
• Knowledge of SCORM and LMS platforms
• Understanding of ADDIE/SAM instructional design methodologies
• Experience creating accessible (508/WCAG compliant) learning materials
• Strong communication and project coordination skills

• Workday LMS experience
• Multimedia/Adobe Creative Suite experience
• ERP implementation training experience
