This role is a strategic yet hands-on leadership position focused on driving procurement analytics, supplier performance management, and cost optimization across global operations. You will play a key part in transforming procurement data into actionable insights that support smarter purchasing decisions and improved financial outcomes. Working closely with sourcing, finance, and operations teams, you will help standardize reporting frameworks, strengthen governance, and identify efficiency opportunities across the supply chain. The environment is highly collaborative, data-driven, and fast-paced, requiring both analytical depth and strong stakeholder management. You will also mentor analysts, ensuring high-quality outputs and continuous improvement in procurement intelligence. In this role, you will lead procurement analytics, supplier performance monitoring, and cost optimization initiatives while ensuring data accuracy, reporting consistency, and actionable insights across global procurement operations.
- Own and evolve procurement analytics frameworks, including dashboards, KPIs, reporting standards, and data governance practices.
- Oversee procurement reporting accuracy, automation efforts, and visualization tools to support leadership decision-making.
- Analyze spend data to identify cost-saving opportunities, supplier consolidation potential, and efficiency improvements.
- Support supplier evaluation and performance tracking using key metrics such as cost, quality, and delivery performance.
- Collaborate with sourcing, finance, and operations teams to provide analytical support for negotiations, QBRs, and strategic planning.
- Drive procurement process improvements, compliance adherence, and contract lifecycle tracking.
- Lead and mentor procurement analysts, ensuring quality, consistency, and analytical rigor in all deliverables.
- Act as the escalation point for complex data issues and own procurement analytics roadmap execution.
The ideal candidate brings strong procurement analytics expertise, leadership capability, and the ability to translate complex data into strategic insights, supported by solid experience in procurement or supply chain environments.
- 5–8 years of experience in procurement, supply chain analytics, sourcing, or related domains.
- Strong expertise in building dashboards, managing KPIs, and ensuring data governance standards.
- Experience mentoring analysts or leading analytical workstreams in a structured environment.
- Proficiency with ERP/procurement systems and data extraction/automation processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage large datasets.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Certifications such as CIPS, CPSM, or CSCP are a plus.
- Experience with tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker is highly desirable.
