What you’ll do:

• Providing comprehensive whole-home HVAC load calculation and providing best options to customers.
• Build trust with homeowners by providing clear communication, expert guidance, and long-term HVAC solutions.
• Create sales proposals that are accurate and complete, that can be easily transferred to the installation team.
• Create confidant buyers by providing complete and accurate information about our products and pricing.
• Help set aggressive sales plans, propose expansions.
• Participate in ongoing technical and customer service training to stay current with industry best practices and enhance customer experience.

• 3+ years of residential HVAC sales experience working in single-family homes.
• Valid Driver’s License (required).
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Motivated by achieving goals and driving profitable outcomes.
• Physically able work in varied environments.
